Toronto Centre designed this program to help to current and aspiring women leaders to excel in their roles. The program helps participants recognize the value of their unique experiences, skills, and perspectives in contributing to the success and effectiveness of their organizations. This program aligns with the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 5: Gender Equality.
The program bridges theoretical knowledge with the practical realities faced by women financial supervisors and regulators in the workplace. Through interactive dialogue and practical exercises, participants learned innovative leadership practices and strategies. They also gained opportunities to apply their learnings within the context of supervisory agencies and central banks.
Toronto Centre has established a vibrant alumni network of women supervisors, enabling graduates to support one another, share experiences, and address common challenges. We are pleased to welcome our newest graduating class of 15 to this group.
Toronto Centre has been offering this coveted program annually since its launch in 2020, and will be offering two cohorts, Sub-Saharan Africa and Indo-Pacific, in 2025. Please read our program catalogue for more information.
