Following their December 2019 program "Implementing Green Capital Markets" in Rabat, Morocco, Toronto Centre and the Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) have published this White Paper. Based on the program's presentations and discussions, the White Paper also incorporates relevant references to discuss the implementation of the Marrakech Pledge.
