Program Description

The 2024 Leadership Program for Women Supervisors and Regulators is designed for current and aspiring women leaders from the Indo-Pacific region seeking to develop and strengthen their leadership skills. It is targeted to women who hold managerial or executive positions in central banks and supervisory authorities.

Program Fee

The program fee is $100 USD. 

Enrollment

Enrollment is limited to 16 participants.

Participant Welcome Calls 

Approximately one to two weeks prior to the program orientation, participants will have a 30 to 45-minute one-on-one call with a facilitator to provide context and information around the program experience and for the participant to begin to explore possible personal learning objectives with the facilitator. 

Required Pre-Reading

Pre-reading will be required. Materials will be sent out to registered participants at least two weeks before the program starts.

Requirements for Program Participation and Certificate of Completion.

  • Attending and actively participating in all program activities and sessions.
  • Completing all pre-session requirements such as reading, watching, or listening to course materials.
  • Engaging with the program director, program facilitators, program leaders, coaches, and other participants during the virtual program.
  • Participating in a WLP alumni network to provide input to Toronto Centre on ideas to improve virtual programs generally, and the Leadership Program for Women Supervisors and Regulators more specifically, in the future.
  • Complete after session, program evaluation surveys, focus groups, and participate in periodic post-program impact-level follow-up evaluations conducted by Toronto Centre.

Requirements for the EQi 2.0 Assessment and Executive Coaching Components of the Programs

As part of the program, you are required to complete the Emotional Intelligence 2.0 online self-assessment, participate in one (1) 1.5-hour assessment debrief, and three (3) one-hour executive coaching sessions. Your EQi 2.0 debrief, and coaching sessions will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time between you and your coach, within the parameters of the program schedule. The following conditions apply to scheduling the debrief and coaching sessions:

  • If you change or postpone a session with 24 hours’ notice, your coach will work with you to find a new date and time.
  • You will have one opportunity during the program to reschedule one coaching session with a minimum of 1 hours’ notice.
  • If you reschedule a coaching session without 24 hours notice a second time, you will forfeit the session.
  • Should you miss a coaching session without any notice, you will forfeit that session. 

Technical Requirements

Access to either a computer or a tablet with camera and microphone; cable, Wi-Fi, or mobile internet; Windows 7 or higher or Mac OSX or 10.7 or higher.

The 2024 Leadership Program for Women Supervisors and Regulators is a program designed for current and aspiring women leaders seeking to develop and strengthen their key behavioural competencies and leadership skills. It is targeted to women who hold managerial and/or executive positions in supervisory and regulatory agencies based in the Indo-Pacific region.
